We have a fully equipped, 10+ lift area with over 200+ years of combined experience to work on any vehicle that comes our way. Combined with our stocked Parts department, we are usually ready to start on your vehicle as soon as possible. If we don’t have a part, we do our best to get it sent to us quickly.

Service Manager John Taylor oversees the entire Service Center. John has 27 years of service experience. His dedication to his job and customers shows strongly in his positive and motivating management of the Service Center. With over 20 specialists working alongside him, he ensures the Service Center always gives a 5-star service.
When you come into the Service Center, more than likely you’ll see Bob Sundo, Mat Robinson, and Joe Biddle first. Our front desk Service Advisors will start off by learning about the vehicle’s problem and assessing the best course of action. They are your link to the service area, techs, and mechanics. Knowledgeable and accessible, our advisors are always a phone call away and excited to help you.
In our Parts department, John Churchill stands at the ready to ensure the right part is available for your needs. Assisted by Charles Parker, Phil White, and Joe Mallory the Parts department is always in order and stocked with what’s needed in Videon’s day-to-day service jobs.
